• Coffee & cake will be served after lunch.
• Church booklets you will find on your seat.
• Carpools – in case you need a ride, let us know in advance
• Champagne reception will be held right after the ceremony at the church
• Check-in starts at 10am at your given location, please don’t be late, the bus won’t wait!

Letter D:

• Dancing can be done with two left feet, please join us on the dance floor
• Directions you will find on our website.

Letter E:

• Justice of the peace: Already done – this wedding is just for the Party!
• July 17th – will be our wedding anniversary

• Kilts – since we are not in Scottland there will be non
• Kissing – there might be some.

• Lunch will be served after the champagne reception

• Main Course – please decide in advance what your main course is going to be.
• Midnight snack? Of course there will be one!

• Photos: Takes as many as you want, however during the ceremony the Photographer will take care of that!
• Photoshooting of bride and groom will take place right after the ceremony and after lunch, please check our card you are given at check in when you will be needed

• Rehearsal Dinner – there will be non, however you are all welcome to join us on Friday night for dinner
• RSVP: Please do so by March 31st 2027
• Raffel – get your tickets! There will be prizes.

• Seating chart – there will be posters near the stairs to the Gala-Event
• Smartphones please turn them off or on silent on the day
• Sweatpants are really comfy, but don’t wear them at the wedding
• Smoking only outside the building
• Speeches are allowed and welcome, please contact the program coordinator in advance (planning.team.mast@gmail.com)

Letter T:

• Thank you, that you are spending this special day with us.
• Transportation – From Hotel to Location and back is organized.
• Times of every event can be found on the time table handed to at check in

• Vegetarian? Please let us know, so we can arrange some food especially for you

• White is only for the bride on this day! 
• Weather forecast will be ignored we get married no matter what
• Weddingnewspaper is not planned, so we will find out if we get one or not
• Wedding ceremony – will take place at 11.30am

• XMAS is still a few months away, so you will get a thank you note  before the Xmas card!
• Xtra sun we did order, let’s hope it works!
